Updated League Statement Regarding COVID-19

Dear Parents, Supporters, and Community Members,

With the health, safety, and well being of our kids and families, we continue to monitor our community's
impact from COVID-19 and follow CDC, Little League International, and Babe Ruth International
recommendations. As of right now, Little League International’s recommendation is to suspend activities
until May 11. We did however, after thoughtful deliberation with our Board of Directors postpone our first
year of our new Challenger League. We will continue with all plans for our Challenger League in the 2021
season.

● Evaluations which had already been postponed, may not happen even with a modified season
● Discussion has been had about a Summer or Fall league
● Field cleanup days will be modified/restricted to only allow a minimal number of people at each
location determined by the Board of Directors

With the vandalism that took place at our beloved Giroux/Elliot Field, cleanup is a priority and dates are
TBD. We continue to ask for the community's support in helping to get our buildings cleaned up and ready
for use.
